We are inviting applications for the role of Manager-Accounts Payable! 

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a AP process with ~40 team members, including team leads and supervisors 

Responsibilities: 

• Managing the daily/weekly/Monthly SLA/KPI /MIS reports preparation/review and sending to clients per agreed timelines 

• Managing the daily KPIs and work allocation 

• Responsible for preparation of all daily/weekly/fortnightly/monthly governance slides  

• Managing the team and their leave/Vic/appraisals 

• Understanding the client’s requirements and be on top of key deliverables 

Qualifications we seek in you! 
Minimum qualifications 

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree – B. Com, with relevant years in Accounts Payable  

• Ability to work independently, multitask and take ownership 

• Working with multiple stakeholders to implement solutions 

• ERP (SAP, JDE) Knowledge is mandate 

• Team handling experience – min 25 FTE span for relevant years 

• Focus on driving daily/weekly/monthly SLAs and bring innovation to the table 

• Display robust people leadership capabilities 

• Focus on continuous process improvement and adaptive to change 

• Develop & manage effective working relationships in the organization and actively liaise with all  Key Stakeholders 

• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls 

• Excellent comm. skills – Verbal & Written 

• Must be detailed oriented, organized, with a great sense of urgency, and hard working 

• Strong operations experience in P2P domain 

• Hands on experience in various ERPs and AP Workflow tools 

Preferred qualifications  

• M.Com preferred 

• Handling and leading various Controllership Projects 

• Knowledge on Lean tools and identifying process improvement opportunities
