Overview

A leading international organization known for quantitative approach and diverse workforce within the Real Estate industry is looking for a highly skilled AI Workflow Automation Engineer who can conceptualize, create, and manage intelligent automation workflows using AI-driven tools. The role demands proficiency in AI-based process automation, low-code/no-code platforms, and workflow enhancement. Work set up: REMOTE, AU Time Zone - 7:30AM - 4:00AM PHT

Responsibilities

  • AI-Driven Workflow Automation: Devise and execute AI-powered automation workflows across various automation platforms. Craft and execute scripts for data processing, workflow automation, and AI model integration. Enhance business operations through algorithmic decision-making.
  • System Integration & Process Enhancement: Automate workflows within pertinent enterprise tools, create and maintain customized automation solutions by integrating APIs and third-party services, and work with both structured and unstructured data to automate decision-making processes.
  • AI & Machine Learning Implementation: Apply AI/ML models to boost automation and business intelligence, refine predictive analytics and visualization solutions, and integrate natural language processing (NLP) and AI chatbots into automation workflows.
  • Quality Assurance & Performance Monitoring: Integrate error-handling mechanisms and monitoring tools, conduct regular performance analyses, maintain documentation, and provide training to stakeholders on automated workflows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in AI-driven workflow automation and process enhancement.
  • Profound understanding of Python, workflow automation tools, REST APIs, Webhooks, and third-party service integrations.
  • Knowledge of GIS (particularly open-source tools like QGIS) is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Practical experience with data visualization, business intelligence tools, cloud services, and AI frameworks.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and the capacity to work cooperatively with cross-functional teams.
