About the Role

This is not your typical executive assistant position. We’re seeking someone who thinks big, thrives on creating systems, and is passionate about personal growth and achieving exceptional results.

You’ll work as the trusted right hand to a seasoned and successful serial entrepreneur, co-running exciting projects, making impactful decisions, and implementing key principles for growth and success.

Your Responsibilities:

• Making Things Happen:
  • Identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Initiate and set up both personal and professional projects and systems, with the freedom to think big and execute in your unique way.
  • Delegate detailed tasks to other team members to stay focused on high-impact work.
• Fueling Growth:
  • Help implement and practice important principles and habits inspired by books like Deep Work and Buy Back Your Time.
  • Challenge us to think bigger and strive for an extraordinary life.
  • Find and organize sessions with mentors and thought leaders to support growth.
• Creating Flow:
  • Collaborate on significant initiatives and participate in high-stakes meetings.
  • Manage communications with care, ensuring intention and clarity.
  • Conduct research and plan for a variety of projects.
